The Logistics people are the one of the largest transport and logistics recruitment agency’s in the UK. They place over 2000 shifts per day for transport and warehousing staff to several of the UK’s largest blue chip firms and transport companies.
Due to their rapid growth, The Logistics people approached Perfficiency as they needed to review their systems to ensure they were robust enough and future proof to cope with their continued growth.
We formulated a small project team to review their existing systems and gained an understanding of any limitations they believed they had along with a clear understanding on how they were going to grow their business and their growth forecasts.
Upon review of the system it was clear that development was required to meet the needs of business growth. Perfficiency were then tasked to work with the system developer to adapt their system to meet the growth needs but to also future proof it. In doing so they now have one of if not the best management system in the logistics agency market.
